This video took me a couple of hours to film. I was toasted by the end of the workout. haha. Hope you enjoy it and get motivated! I am obviously in slow-mo, so keep up the intensity and follow the timers at the bottom right!
☆ Workout ☆
10 exercises. 20 secs on and 10 secs off. Repeat 2 more times for higher intensity.
1. Sprint
2. Pull Ups / You can do table bodyweight pullups. That can be a little dangerous if your table flips over. If not do high kicks.
3. Rope Slam / Jump Rope
4. Squat Jumps
5. Mountain Climbers
6. Inclined Push Ups
7. Tricep Dips
8. Burpees
9. Jumping Jacks
10. Plank
Repeat 2 more times to burn more calories!
